Davis Pharmaceutical is manufacturing concerns dealing in trading of general allopathic and herbal medicines (Tablets, Capsules, Syrups, Sachets & ointments). My reporting is directly to the CEO. My responsibilities are as follows:
• Audit of Financial statements as per IRFS, IAS.
• Pre-audit of all source documents.
• Planning and performing operational and financial audit.
• Actively participate in preparation of Company’s policies and procedures.
• Audit and valuation of inventory (Raw & Packing material, Finished Goods and work in process).
• Reconcile the inventory ledgers and find the differences (Excess / Shortage) with proper reasoning.
• Developing recommendations and reports based on audit and presenting these to Senior
Management.
Pakson International is plastic furniture and house hold items manufacturing industry with the brand name of “BOSS” (Chairs, Tables, Steel Plastic Sofas, and a line of small items). My reporting was to the General Manager. My responsibilities were:
• Evaluation of the financial systems.

• Taking care for all financial accounting matters and utilization of Company's funds.
• Evaluate and implement supply chain management system effectively and reduce inventory cost.
